Modern tablescape with a vintage spin

One of the first furniture purchases Jonathan and I made after we were married, was a table. I might add, that this purchase was made one year after we were married. We were carefree and table-less newlyweds with our careers and travel on our minds; it suited us just fine to have our meals on the couch. However, after we settled in from our move closer to where we grew up, I was ready to break out the wedding china! China needs a table, so like civil adults, we purchased one. This began my love for tablescapes; ones that were not only aesthetically pleasing, but also welcoming.

When we were registering for our wedding china, we decided to pick a style that we knew we could use at ease on a day-to-day basis. Our Lenox set in white French Perle has proven to be the perfect set for us. It mixes so effortlessly with various patterns both formal and casual. Here, I've paired it with vintage Homer Laughlin pieces I stumbled upon on eBay. A quick search on eBay and you should be able to find some vintage pieces similar, if not the same, to these pictured. I'll link some vintage finds, but just keep in mind that due to the uniqueness of the items, their availability from the same source might be limited. If you'd like help choosing pieces, don't hesitate to reach out. I'd love to help!

Fun side note: Our china cabinet was my Great Grandmothers! It houses my Grandmothers Lenox china and other family heirlooms, as well as some treasured pieces from our wedding and travels!
